Testing out the Acer C7 Chromebook today, and here are my quick impressions:
Pluses
- 320 GB hard drive
- Price: $199
- Quick-loading
- Many ports: Three USB ports, 1 HDMI, 1 VGA, ethernet
- Upgradeable
- Display easier on eyes than Samsung
- Only a light touch needed for the touchpad
Minuses
- Only 4 hours of battery life
- Heavy: 3 lbs.
- Keyboard a little flimsy. F8 mute button does not toggle.
- Two finger scrolling is too slow
